Recently, in the description of many restaurants one can find such a direction as "author's cuisine". However, few people can imagine what it is and what is it eaten with? In cooking, there is no clear definition of author's cuisine. This is not a national or traditional food for any region.

Author's cuisine is an expression of the talent of a creative chef, like a painting for an artist. An author's dish can be called a dish that you will not find in any other restaurant. Such a cuisine can include many culinary trends, a mixture of styles and original decoration. By the way, non-standard dish decoration is a must for author's cuisine.
